Site for Development

The Kansas Enterprise Industrial Park (KEIP) is the premier industrial park in the south central Kansas region. It is home to Siemens Wind Energy nacelle manufacturing facility and offers ample room to grow with approximately 50 acres available for development.
The KEIP is fully served by electric, water, waste water, road, multi-lane highway, telecommunications and rail access.
The KEIP earned "Shovel Ready Site Certification" status from Austin Consulting in August of 2013.
Frontier Commerce Park
45.2 acres available southeast of Highway 50, K-61 and K-96 junction with more than 27,400 vehicles per day passing through.
